If you are installing an infrared touchscreen for the first time or your computer's resolution has changed, you must recalibrate the touchscreen. The calibration method is as follows: Click the "Calibration" button, when the calibration interface is displayed, please click the icons on the interface in turn, the calibration interface will disappear automatically when the calibration is completed, and the data generated after the calibration will take effect immediately. If you feel that the calibration is not satisfactory, repeat the calibration several times until the pointer tracking is satisfactory. Then press the "OK" button.
The surface acoustic wave screen is inaccurate to touch
Please run the touch screen calibration procedure.(Start--Settings--Control Panel--Sonic screen icon--Caliberate button)
If it is a newly purchased touch screen, please try to delete the driver, then power off the host for 5 seconds and restart the driver.
If the above method does not work, it may be that the reflection stripes of the acoustic wave screen are slightly damaged during transportation and cannot be completely repaired. You can deviate from the calibration bullseye in the opposite direction (relative to the direction deviating from the mouse) and equidistant the calibration target for positioning.
If the acoustic wave screen is inaccurate after a period of use, it may be the reflection stripes around the screen or the transducer is covered with dust.
If you are using our cabinet, you can open the top cover and clean the surface with a dry soft cloth dipped in denatured alcohol or glass cleaning solution, and then re-run the system, pay attention to the upper left, upper right and lower right transducers not damaged. Then power off, restart the computer and recalibrate.
For other types of cabinets, please contact the technical department of our company for cleaning. There are water droplets or other soft things on the surface of the touch screen, and the touch screen misjudged that there is a hand touch, which caused the surface acoustic wave screen to be inaccurate, just remove it.
Resistive screen touch is not allowed
It may be that in the connection of the touch screen, one of the wires connected to the USB port of the host computer (take 5V working voltage of the touch screen from the USB port) is not connected, please check the connection.
It may be that the serial port number selected during the installation of the touch screen driver does not correspond to the serial port number actually connected to the touch screen, please uninstall the driver and reinstall it.
It may be that the host is a domestic original machine, and the installed operating system is an OEM version, which has been adjusted by the manufacturer, resulting in non-standard serial communication and incompatibility with the touch screen driver. If possible, please format the hard disk and install the system to drive the touch screen.
It is possible that the version of the touch screen driver is too low. Please install the latest driver. Check whether there is a conflict between the device and the serial port resources in the host. Check each hardware device and adjust it. For example, the default IRQ of some network cards after installation is 3, which conflicts with the IRQ of COM2. At this time, the IRQ of the network card should be changed to an idle unused IRQ.
